Type of a scam Online Purchase

I was sold a parrot online and asked to send the money by western union and they would shipped the bird once they received the money. I sent the $1,250.00 to Texas and once they collected the money they never responded to my calls and messages again. I’m very sure that they are still conducting fraud business since the pngage is still up and running. I need help firstly to shut this pngage down and cut this people located in texas.
