*** *** *** called repeatedly to confirm health assessment appt that we did not initiate. After many messages left we answered and told them not to come. Insisted Health Insurance would cover the "visit". Still insisted not to come. They still showed up. 4 hour time frame had someone in a rental Arkansas plated car show up at 3pm. Insisted our health insurance company initiated the appt. SCAM SCAM SCAM!
Do not let them in. We did not let them in but they still left a survey so we could rate the visit…..that did not happen.
