BEWARE of this scamming company! I paid with paypal and also paid for express postage and insurance on the parcel and the parcel arrived whilst I was not home, the courier then put the parcel on a plane to be returned, which was his mistake, but then when I contact “Martha” via email to request a refund as it has now taken forever and I am over it , they totally ignore me I mean wtf

I placed an order through Martha TM on 11/05/20 and it is now 28/07/20 and still no item. I have contacted them over and over, but all I get is Covid 19, tracking problems and that they are a reputable company. They advertise Express shipping at an extra cost, however, as this is coming from somewhere in China, they have no chance of making the delivery in the time frame. They have reimbursed me for the extra cost for express delivery, but now looking at their tracking information, the item is finally in the UK, but is being held as there is an additional customs fee to pay.
I have, yet again contacted them, to be told that they have paid everything that needs to be paid so there shouldn’t be anything else to pay. I haven’t heard anything from Royal Mail or any other courier service, asking for me to pay this fee as yet.
I will update this IF I receive the item or not, but I believe that the company or whoever they are claiming to be, is a scam.

Please don’t order from them I ordered a product on 4/23/20…and still haven’t received it…only source of contact is email and they send me the same email that Covid-19 is the reason for my delivery delay…it’s debited on my card as somewhere in London…please be aware I really think this is a Scam
