I reviewed Honda 2001 Goldwing Trike and was told that I would receive the trike within three days after purchase. I purchased with EBay gift cards in the amount of $1500.00, received a invoice to show payment. About two days later I received a email from Marketplace that an additional $1000.00 would be needed to secure insurance for shipping, I called 1-909-584-5708 and the person answered Marketplace. I told the person that I was not told of this extra payment when I purchased the product and asked to have my money returned and they said here is your refund and hung up.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I found a vehicle on the Marketplace on Facebook. I contacted the seller which was through Marketplace. I emailed my interest through facebook Marketplace. Then the Seller contacted me via email. Then they emailed me and had me call them at 909-829-5435 and spoke with John Morrison (Seller). He asked me to get eBay gift cards a total of $1600.00 I had to get several cards each with 200.00 on them. Then I had to call him back and give him the numbers from the cards. Then they contacted me again today and they were asking for another 1000.00 worth of eBay gift cards. The vehicle is located in Nebraska. And then at that time I figured this was a scam. So I did Not send anymore. I contacted the Better Business Bureau.
