Type of a scam Debt Collections

This guy named Mark Kamarowski called me on my work cell number and his number appeared as a private number. He had my name, my ssn, my old address from 3 years ago, an old telephone number he said was mine (which it wasn’t, it was the Chadron Police Department’s fax line) and a relative’s name that I don’t even really know. He said he was in court yesterday and heard my name that I was being sued over $364 but the unidentified persons wanted $1274 now. He gave me 3 options. Then wanted me to pay him the $364, asked for my credit card number. I told him no. He said you will be served at work today and will probably lose your job. I told him this is bull crap and hung up on him.
