Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

Person or persons keep sending text after text responding to a Craigslist add saying they will buy the item unseen and for the asking price if I will give them personal information or if I will cash a check for them they will add $50 to the price for my help. They also state that once the check is cashed they will send someone to pick up the item. Many times they use convincing stories to make them sound like they care and are real. The strange part is it is always the came item they are texting about, the story changes and the phone number changes but it is always about the same, cashing checks and buy sight unseen. This happen one to three time daily, vary annoying.
