Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a pair of magical gloves from Magical Gloves Company on the 4th of February, 2019 through the company’s website (https://magicalgloves.com/). I paid 17.90 USD with my credit card. I got immediately a confirmation e-mail from the following e-mail address: [email protected] In that confirmation e-mail I was told that "We will notify you when it [the package] has been sent." On their website, they promised my package was going to arrive in 2-3 weeks to the USA. However, I have not gotten any e-mail from them since that day of ordering, additionally I could not contact them in any way since then. I found on their website that: "if you have questions, or if you would like to make a complaint, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected]" so I wrote az e-mail to them to this e-mail address (which is the same address from which they had sent their confirmation e-mail to me) on the 28th of February, 2019, and asked for information about my order. I got a reply immediately from the Mail Delivery Subsystem, that the delivery of my message was unsuccessful, because the e-mail address I had sent my message could not be found. (550 5.1.1 : Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table). I was pretty surprised. It was a nonsense. After that, I tried to contact them via their facebook profile (https://www.facebook.com/pg/waremagicalgloves/posts/?ref=page_internal), and sent a message via messenger, additionally I wrote to their wall that "Read messages!". I have not gotten any answer though. They cannot be contacted in any other way except their mail address in France. It’s the 13th of March, 2019, and I do not believe I will ever get my package. This company must be a scam and I was stupid to ordered something from them. Hopefully others won’t.
