Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

I started receiving the calls since beginning of September from 513-725-0919, and another 513-725 number. When they call they offer me Magazine subscription and pain cream. They call every 15 minutes it’s someone different it’s always 725 but someone different. Some sound Asian, Indian and some American. They say I can call your doctor and get approved and then they call about subscriptions and I have been getting 3-4 magazines every day they said if I want to renew I say no never signed up for subscription. Subscriptions don’t say who it came from Cosmopolitan, Oprah, Red Book, I get them everyday. They said I owed money $39 or something, but I called my bank and they said they didn’t have any charges for magazines.
