I had the same experience as most people here, i almost got fooled! I KNEW something went WRONG when a spam account reached me (not the main account), then the automatic answers, their website isn’t very professional, you can’t see the reviews of the products, there’s no info of the real owner or whoever created the project, of how and where the products are made, and the most important they don’t have a statement of the shelters they give the profit to! Also on their instagram, it isn’t possible to reach that number of followers if you only had this project since last year, clearly they aren’t 100% real followers, they have poor content and not many posts. So this seems really fake and dishonest to me, clearly a scam. ALSO, real brands don’t want to collab with every single random user! And if they do, they look to collab with people with a certain amount of followers, so why collab with an account of 50 or less followers?! Umm no

I saw an ad for MadebyMeows on Instagram for cat models and started direct messaging them. They said they could make me a brand ambassador and gave me a unique discount code for the website in addition to free shipping. They told me to tag them or email them photos once I received the product. They also told me that if I let them know my order number, they’ll include an extra gift for being an ambassador. I fell for it and bought a product offline. After a month of waiting, I finally contacted the IG account and told them my issue. I received no reply. I then decided to email them and got a reply saying that the USPS probably misplaced the order and that I had to confirm my address and order number with them. I did and again, did not receive any type of confirmation. I emailed them again the next day, just wanting to know if it was even coming. No reply. So please, save yourself the time and effort and don’t waste your money on this scam account who takes advantage of people’s love for cats.

They contacted me just now talking about the same thing and then I started to dig and not even two min after your review came up, thank you, I’ll reply them with the prints about this complaints and ask them to explain and see if I get a answer (probably won’t, but it would amaze me to see the answer if they try to evade the story)

Thank god i just searched for reviews on this i got the same offers, to be an ambassador, the discount and the free gift for giving my order number i almost fell for it too!

tI found this company on instagram and saw they sell products for cats such as bananas and matching headbands for the owners, and the proceeds go to non-kill shelters. I ordered a product from them and they gave me a 40% off code to use and share with friends and family… they offer 3-5 day shipping. After 11 days I did not receive my order I emailed them multiple times and heard nothing. As soon as they knew I put my order in I received no emails back. After multiple and multiple emails being sent they emailed me back saying they are busy and need rest and I will get my order soon and to let them know when it arrived. I 5 more days go by and nothing they emailed me back saying they will provide me with a 90% off code to use to order my products AGAIN. After this I contacted shopify who they put orders through and they told me to contact my bank and receive a dispute. I still have received no product, and have not received a refund as I have asked multiple times.
