My hubby gave me the apple mac desktop 2011. Early on I started having problems, and the anti-virus cd’s apparently never did the job; I am not technical at all. Got 2 repair jobs – one was Best Buy Geeks $100 who never saw my applications because if he had done his job, he would have seen the outrageous hackers listed. Ukraine has been the worst and I would go to bed around 430 am to try and get them out. My son has worked 2 days and at least I can get some use of this machine. The other repair job was done by a small repair firm locally.

I want to alert every American that when you go into cleanmymac you will see gleaming reviews that are false info — many russians are into this business of hurting peoples’ tech equipment and they pay Americans $35,000 a year. I talked to them and shocked when the guy spoke to me

with perfect English and bragging about Ukraine. They are unrelenting and will do your equipment any harm they can. Hope you remember what I’ve said.
