I ordered too blankets in nov. 2019 and never recieved them. They were christmas presents. Wish there was a way to get my money back.

I brought a hue drum from them in February the tracking says it was delivered but I have never received the product I have contacted them 3 times with no response

I ordered the shearling Blanket on December 21st. On January 2nd I received a faux leather jacket that is a 2X. I contacted Pay Pal in January to register a complaint. I’ve gone round and round with them. They want me to return the jacket to get my $29.90 refund. I told them I was already out $29.90 and I wasn’t going to pay to send back a jacket I didn’t order. I was told if I produced the return postal receipt Pal Pal would reimburse me for the postage. I’m going to try. Never should have ordered the blanket.

I purchased a winter comforter from lulusday off an add I saw on instagram. They sent me a confirmation email and everything. Weeks after I should have recieved my package I tracked the package which they said was delivered. I never got an updated email with delivery confirmation like they said they would and when I emailed them numerous times to let them know I never received my product they never replied back to any of my emails

Lulusday offers soft blankets. I ordered 3 blankets on Jan 3, 2020. Received 3 ugly t-shirts. After doing some investigating other customers that ordered the same product also received t-shirt or a wallet.
