I order a $64.99 massager a month ago. I have yet to receive it. When I email customer support they give me the same message. We are checking with logistics.

I order a massager for $64.99. I have yet to receive it. They gave me a tracking number, the tracking number was created by fedex. I call fedex and FedEx says its still with the shipper. When I email Lovelycool I get ” we are checking with logistics.

I have exactly the same situation, is there anything I can do. I have replied back to their support site, same results. I have threatened to report them as a scam site, no response . What can I do ? Please help .

They charged me 64.99 for a massager, sent me a tracking number that didn’t exist in any database. They have no refund policy, no contact number, and the customer support email address just gives the same bogus email over and over.
