In the process of activating ROKU on a TCL TV purchased at COSTCO, a number came up to call for immediate activation. The activation was free, however, they collected my credit card info saying it was required to also have ROKU. In checking this out with COSTCO I learned ROKU is always free. So be aware of Live Tech Solutions.
