I saw the ad in YouTube and thought the product looked cool and helpful. They were running a deal that was 2 for $80, so I went for it. I received an email that said my order was processed, the money was taken out of my account and then nothing ever happened. No notification that anything was ever shipped. Messages to the company went unanswered. This was back in May 2020. It’s now September.

Was charged for product I have yet to recand ordered almost 3 months ago. No legit customer contact phone number, email or address. Was ripped off and my money was taken.

Saw an add for solar phone chargers. Went online ordered 3 as per a sale they were having 3 for $89 + free shipping. I was charged the shipping so i emailed the company ([email protected]) to see if they could refund it. They responded with an email to email a the appropriate email address and gave me the choice of 3. I emailed 3 times with no response. When i called the number on their website (2x) it said it was disconnected. They charged my card and I’m getting nowhere. Going to file a complaint with my bank.

I purchased an advertised product from their website that was never delivered. I have tried to contact them many times regarding my purchase and why the item was not delivered. I have received no response. I paid $39.95 via credit card and was told free delivery of the item was included. Their failure to contact me leads me to believe they’ve just out to scam people out of their money.
