Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a FitBit Ionic fitness watch from them for $188.90 over a month ago and never received anything from the company as far as tracking or that the order even shipped. I contacted them in hopes of rectifying this and only received a response once saying that it was "shipped" and I would be receiving an email from shipping confirming it was shipped. I never received that email from them and that was the only response that wasn’t an automated email response from then on. I then called the number on the website that only allows you to leave a message and tells you to email them instead. I’ve emailed them every other day for the past 2 weeks and have yet to hear back from them yet aside from the automated email response. The "company" sells itself as discounted fitness electronics and quality service. I received neither from them. You can only pay through PayPal which is deducted immediately.
