Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief

This company called me and offered to consolidate my credit card debt for a fee of $7,000.00. My representative named Christian Payne informed me I was able to get a Barclay Jet Blue card and Discover card with 0% interest. I agreed to get both cards.The agreement was to put $7000.00 charge onto a discover card at 0% interest and use the other card to consolidate my other debt. We did a conference call with Lexmarc and Discover to establish the transfer to Lexmarc. Christian Payne followed up on the transaction about a month later and indicated they had paid $500 towards the balance and would be sending me additional checks to pay the balance down contingent upon recruiting more people to the business using the skills I would obtain through a 6 month seminar and marketing program.
