Type of a scam Healthcare/Medicaid/Medicare

I answered my home phone, the female knew my name, her name was Natalie. She asked if I had any pain, I said yes, she said they have a new cream that is FDA approved, and asked if I was on medicare or medicaid, I said yes, she said great, then Thank you and hung up. I called her back, and it did verify it was a recording, it went into the same info she said before on recording, I finally started talking loudly I wanted a manager, she then said she’d put me on DNC list and hung up on me for the 4th or 5th time. After doing research, I could not find any legitimate information, I contacted BBB. I do not want anyone, especially a senior citizen, getting scammed.
