Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

Listed my truck on Craigslist for $700. Person saying name was Sassy Lewis, contacted me via text saying they are going to send me cashiers check for my truck plus hauling fee. I received cashiers check amount is for $4,650.00…said I have to deposit the check and wire the extra to the person picking up my truck. Said at first they were going through chemotherapy and didnt get out much…then said later they had had cataract surgery and had to have their messages read to them. when I accused the person of scamming me they stopped texting me.
