Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

the person through online dating and was doing a job on oil rig in Quiwait. He had equipment malfunction and needed money to repair and finish job. He was supposed to wire money in my account but sent a online bill payment check directly to my bank for deposit in my account. It came from east west bank. He asked me to obtain the cash when my bank cleared the check. I sent the money to the repair people and then the bank notified me that the funds were being return. I asked Larry to check his bank but he would never answer me and I tried to call the online bill payment and his bank but they wouldn’t give me any information. I since found out that his pictures are fake thru Google reverse search image and he is blocking my calls. I am now on the hook for 9500.00 which I don’t have
