LaReviva is such a scam. I had ordered their facial cream sample for $5. They’d charged me an additional $89.99, even after I’d cancelled within their specified time frame. A customer service representative advised that I’d been charged the $89.99, due to the fact that I’d ordered this same product prior; however, they’d changed the product’s name and look. It was being sold online as a "new product" and "new name". I asked him to send me the "fine print" which would’ve advised me that I was going to be charged the $89.99 vs the $5 from the get-go for ordering a "different named product", when it was actually the same product. Supposedly, the terms of the previously-named product was allowing them to scam me out of $89.99. They’d charged my Visa on 09/30/18. After fighting with LaReviva’s customer service (Manager: Alicia) from Sept. 2018 – March 2019, they’d advised me and my bank that they’d sent the credit back to my Visa (which the bank confirmed was never receipted) with Alicia/LeReviva advising that there was nothing else they could do. Alicia emailed me a fraudulent, made-up copy to reflect this suggested credit transaction; however, the put-together "credit" transaction’s date didn’t even include the "year". LeReviva is making $$$ hand over fist by "frauding" people.
