Type of a scam Online Purchase

When I first read offer it appeared it was for a free sample and I just paid shipping of $2.96. When I got to the end I thought I canceled after I realized they were going to charge me $103 a month because it was only a 14 day trial offer. Unfortunately The product showed up 7 or 8 days later with no product written literature or product contact info in the box… I wasn’t sure of the website i originally cancelled so it wasn’t only until I got my credit card statement that showed the phone number that I was able to call them.. this was the 15th day and they refused to reverse the charge.. even though I never opened their product, thought I had cancelled initially right after the purchase, and they never even put a way to contact them in the box so I could cancel… this company is HORRIBLE.. they do not care about their reputation.. they just want to rip you off for the$103. I guess if they prey upon enough people they are satisfied never to get repeat business. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
