Type of a scam Online Purchase

In searching for a pet adoption, we looked of course at SPCA options, however we are especially drawn to King Cavalier Spaniels. A website was listed as King Cavalier Empire. They have photo library of available puppies for adoption, they claim to not be a puppy mill and that they take great care to ensure they go to good homes. That they are vet checked, registered. They boost a few locos: member of American Kennel Club…which in further checking is a fake logo, not the true AKC logo (my bad). They tell you that they can safely arrange for delivery globally.

We called and spoke with John at 918-992-9251. He sent a couple of text messages in reply to my questions, and then sent a short video of our puppy. Due to Covid-19; we are aware no flights are traveling across borders, but he insisted that it was no problem, or we could come to him. We paid a deposit of $450; a little late, but we started checking further the logo, and other scam reposts and sure enough he’s mentioned. Thank you for listening. I hope someone in authority finds this creep and takes his website down (Kijiji) and puts him behind bars.
