Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered the "Super Locker" from the website (https://www.kenley.store/products/super-locker). Instead of the large, foldable storage cabinet that was advertised, I received a small, plastic storage container. When I contacted the company regarding the fact that what was advertised on their website and what I bought, and then what I received nowhere near reflected each other, I was given the option for a 30% refund to not return the product or a full refund if I paid to have it shipped back. The postage to do so was more than what I paid for the product. There was no acknowledgement of the fact that I was not sent what I purchased, but rather an apology for the disappointment and inconvenience I faced. This is an obvious scam in my opinion and I am concerned that the website is still active and accepting orders. I attempted to leave a review on the site but was not "allowed" to do so.
