Type of a scam Online Purchase
I had purchased a foot pedal from the website jvpmshop.xyz for my serger. I have tried to contact them with no answer from them at all. I have tried through the email they sent stating if I have any questions to contact support. Which I have and no answer.The other way to contact them is through their website and that is by filling out the "contact us" section. I received a receipt by email, which is more than what the item was showing the cost for the item. The company who took the money was SHUYING TRADE CO.LTD ,BEIJING,CHN 100000 . They don’t have a address nor a phone # to call either company. I was told it would be 2-4 days. I had ordered my item on 08/04/2018 . It has been saying Pending
08/04/2018 Processing Order payment is successfull! and then gives the Transaction ID: # since the day I purchased my item. How do I get my money back? What can I do?
