Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan
Get a call stating that I am going to be Prosecuted for a loan amount of $600 dollars. Refuse to send any documents with the info I need to make sure this isn’t a scam. Central mediation stated that JVC processing will file and that only way I can get any info is the day I go to court. They also stated a bank I did the transaction with which was WellsFargo. I called the bank to make sure I never had a checking with them and they state that I never had a checking account. To add : central mediation provide me with the email JVC processing sent me notifications regarding the actions. The email they provide was ***. That is far from the email I have.
