Type of a scam Online Purchase

One of those scammer sites where they will sell you very cheap products (but use legit product photos). Their FAQ also notes that you can request for changes to your order as long as it is placed and requested before 11PM PDT. I placed the order at 7:00PM and sent an email requesting for a small change at 7:05PM. They came back with a response the next morning saying they can’t make the change as my order as the order has already been sent to fulfillment or whatever. From a business legal standpoint, whatever is in text and policy on the website is taken as contractual. By not honoring it, they can get into serious trouble eventually. Beware if you order from this site. They also do not offer any returns or exchanges so without honoring changes, you will be stuck with the products that were falsely advertised.
