Type of a scam Online Purchase

I found these guys on Facebook advertising a 4g smartwatch with a quad core processor. I waited over a month and received some cheap 10 dollar smartwatch and not the I ordered either. I emailed their support address and received an email back from saying that the address was invalid. Their website has an area where you are supposed to be able to talk to them but after submitting, i got redirected to a page that says that the website isn’t working. These people are a complete scam.
