Type of a scam Yellow Pages/Directories

The company Just 1 Click Business Directory contacted me about 6 months ago asking for a renewal of my contract with them. I was new to the company so i verify the information that he told me about. about 3 months ago I started getting calls from this guy named Pedro with the phone number (352) 289-0514 and he has been calling me every day since that day. He also send me an invoice to my email with a $500.00 dollars charge. but every time he calls me he insists that he can make me pay half of it if I pay at the moment. He called me this morning and I told him I reported him to the ScamPulse.coms and he started acting really mad. I told him I was going to get a lawyer and that he will contact him and I hang up. He called me a few minutes later and he said I would regret everything and that I was going to have to pay their lawyers as well. I am really sad because of the fact that he was Hispanic and the fact that he tries to scare people that are misinformed.
