A man from Citrus Heights, California that claims to be an International Civil Engineering business owner there has sent me a copy of a contract he claims to be awarded by Shell Oil Company. Since his arrival in South Africa Jan. 25th, 2016, he has contacted me twice complaining of financial difficulties and has asked me to assist him with monies. I have Google searched for confirmation of his business and of him as well and have come up with absolutely nothing. I since have minimal contact with this individual. I have attached a copy of the contract agreement that he sent to me and if you look at the signatures on pages 5 & 6, you will see that "ALL" the signatures look alike.

Please do not disclose any of my information if you make contact with this person as he has my home address. I do not know for certain that he isn’t legitimate but, I’m concerned for others he is also soliciting for money.
