He was advertising on instagram, I reached out. I wanted a logo to put on cosmetics that I made. I sent him $100.00 to his pay pal acct "ruthart" Then he said he wanted another 50.00. He said his name was Wilson. He sent and email with a second pay pal acct: [email protected]
His email Wilson account is in California.
