Called jonnys towing service at 5 in the morning expecting to be helped fast due to the ad on the internet claiming fast response under 20 mins ended up wait 3 hrs! When I first called the overnight worker verbally told me they charge $65 a lift a $4 a mile they towed it I agree and said I would pay cash and asked for a credit card info on file just in case I gave information telling them don’t charge I have cash and after all of this later charged my account 220 dollars towing it 3.1 miles also without any authorization and didn’t sign or nothing later I called to try and solve the problem and the lady that answer had a bad attitude and ended up hanging up I asked for a manager and every time I called they would tell me he’s out till eventually them not picking up. Later that day I researched the business to find out that they have a horrible track record with literally 99% of all their 187 reviews with my exact same story. I’m not please with this business and I speak for many.
