Quotes one price then adds $500.00 because the drive needed a hardener. Does not consult about the additional charge. Explains the drive has a 10 year warranty with her work. IF SHE RETURNS YOUR CALL AFTER SOMETHING GOES WRONG (chips, old drive bleeds thru, tape comes up, cracks were not sealed) she charges more money to fix. Very dishonest. It looks nice, but you end up paying more than double in some cases. And then it starts falling apart. Do not do business with her. Do a google search on Joni Paugh, read it, pay attention and then run the other way.
