I contacted them stating I need a home for my growing family. Worst mistake of my life after that I have constant calls,text and emails. I told him I had 2k and I like a couple of the houses. They called and texted everyday saying someone else wants the houses that have been empty for so long and every place I looked at needed major work. But they still called and texted trying to get me to increase my deposit saying that will hold the house however a few days later someone bid higher and I needed to add more money. Finally got it couldn’t live in it cause it needed 60k in work unlike the 3k worth they lied or "claimed". How can you pay for a house and live somewhere else. After I gave up on the house like most of their tenants do they charged me for remaining balance of rent saying I didn’t pay rent for a house I could pay 60k of what the county inspection report said it needed to be habitable to live in. They threaten court PAPERS not giving them anything TAKE IT OUT THE 8K OF DEPOSIT THAT I NEVER HAD A CHANCE OF GETTING BACK. *** *** ** *** * *** *** *** * *** *** *** *** *** ***
