I’m most very often get my hands occupied, so it is imperative for me to have a worthy personal assistant.

And i am looking for someone that can be trusted, reliable, and ready to work with good understanding as an Administrative Assistant Personnel.You will be needed to perform assigned tasks in a timely manner so we need someone who is able to execute those tasks promptly.

I am constantly out of town and presently in Calgary Alberta, Canada. I will return to the states next two weeks so this process will be on going till then. If you don’t mind, I will meet up with you and arrange a formal interview.

As an Administrative Assistant Personnel, your activities among other things will include;

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sort and verify bank transactions.

• Verify keying of data and correct errors.

• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Running personal errands.

• Work independently without much supervision.

To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

** Hours: 8-10 Hours Weekly

** Days: 2-3 days Weekly
