Okay so I was on Trulia the renting app came across a 3 bed 2 bath nice home for 1000 a month I was like wow that’s a deal so on the home there was no info about the owner just a number to txt so I txt that number and he told me he will send the app through email and that he is currently out of state working and is looking for responsible people that he can trust to take care of his home and rent so I sent application and right away I was approved in less than 24 hrs then he said he will send routing number to submit deposits and then he will send the keys I’m like this is to good to be true so I started doing a little investigation because something didn’t seem right and I googled the adress in google and turns out that the home is currently for rent but at 1700 and there was an agent assign to rent it out I called the agent he said that that’s totally a scam and told me to warn others thank god I investigated I knew it was to good to be true
