I was a victim of mail fraud. I received 2 letters from this guy claiming to have a book with all the secrets to winning at the casino, and making the slot machines my personal atm. In the letter he says that there are over 200K in winnings every month from his customers. I mailed him a check for $57 to receive his book and I have not received it. I want my money back or the book.
