JOHN DOCHERTY answered his phone at 813-458-8993 and admitted he has is not registered to do business with the State of FL, nor Hillsborough County.  He said he just started the business and has no legal certification, license nor registration to operate a business.  He said he calls a guy he knows to send the unsolicited faxes (PLEASE SEE ATTACHED).

There is no FL DBPR license for construction, painting, power washing and he is NOT LICENSED nor INSURED.  He is not licensed with Hillsborough County, FL.  JOHN DOCHERTY is not registered with the State of FL.

 SPAM FAX from 813-458-8993 sent to fax: ***-***-*** – PLEASE CEASE & DESIST.  FL DBPR has NO JOHN DOCHERTY (or any similar name) as licensed contractor.  REPEATED & COSTLY Unsolicited SPAM FAX from unlicensed business/ no name/ no address/ no way to unsubscribe/ no FL license – to SENIOR CITIZEN.   (UNABLE TO UNSUBSCRIBE).  NOT A LEGAL BUSINESS/ NO BUSINESS NAME/ NO ADDRESS/ NO FLORIDA license number.
