I received a letter in the mail asking if I’m interested in selling my property or any other property I own to contact Joe Nilges at (785) 785-274-9454 [email protected] The letter is completely blank with no company or logo name on it. However looking up the information online pointed to a fb account with the company Secured Real Estate. The website is a boiler plate with no real info on it.

The letter was in a hand written envelope with my name on it (not just Resident). No return address. Very sketchy. This does not appear to be a real company or fb account.
