This individual listed a property on cragslist that he is supposably renting but he is in Texas due to his wife getting chemotherapy. He replies right away and then the next day he tells you, your application has been approve to lease their property and if you want to secure it to send then $1,000.00 for deposit and $1,400.00 first month of rent right away then when he receives the money he will send you the keys. When you google the property it says the property was sold on 7/24/2018.
