Type of a scam Employment

I use job sites to search for employment. But suddenly, I have constant alerts in my online gmail that they are waiting for me to subscribe. I hope I’m not being charged without knowing. My main concern though is that every time I get these messages from their job site my internet slows down and acts up. This could be a coincidence, but if not, people might want to know if this job site https://us.jobrapido.com/ is planting viruses. It’s a foreign site that seems to be based out of several different countries. I googled for info on them and found that one person was asked to pay large sums of money. They are asking people for large sums of money. I don’t find a report on the BBBs site. And I don’t find any contact information on their website job rapido.com either. They seem to have several websites under jobrapido from different countries.england,us,italy,spain,canada,and a few others.
