Just had a second phone call from this company, They claim to offer "vouchers" in the amount of $500 as a thank you for a magazine subscription. I was informed that I won a Visa gift card. During the second call I asked if the "voucher" was a gift card or in the form of a check and all he would answer is that it is a voucher to help me save money on anything I choose. I asked if it was similar to a coupon and he said the only difference is that we would get to choose the items to save money on. In the end I still did not receive an answer to my original question. I understand the marketing business but if I can’t get an honest answer from the customer service rep then they don’t deserve my hard earned money. The customer service rep "Mike" then proceeded to make fun of me stating I obviously do not understand many things in life to include vouchers and said good luck getting my initial payment returned by the bank. Bank was notified of this fraudulent company and my money was returned immediately.

I did not answer, but he was recorded by my answering machine. Asked "Can you hear me now?" I heard the news story today on KESQ.

I am reporting this as the news story advised.
