I was making masks for a wedding. I ordered matching dress fabric for the bridesmaids. Three days later, I ordered the same fabric but in black for the groomsmen and father’s masks. I received the black fabric which I ordered AFTER ordering bridesmaids fabric. I contacted Jj’s house several times through custumer service and pleaded to them to send fabric from first order and reminded them of wedding date. Fabric was sent 6 days after I canceled the order because I had to purchase other fabric that did not match the bridesmaid’s dresses. ugh! Do not purchase from this company. They offer false promises and have poor communication. Weddings are stressful enough but really? This was over the top for something so simple.

Two orders placed total of $280, first order lost during delivery and second order color was not as described. Tried to offer a coupon in place for the refund. Their policy does not accept returns or exchange on anything and when it seems to have a legitimate reason for a refund, they send several emails trying to escape having to refund. 100 the worst customer service ever experienced and scammers/ con artists. Unfortunately this is the type of business we have out there no wonder so many bad reviews. Needs to be shut closed.
