I wanted to purchase a lens cap for my camera and found Jim’s Camera in Seattle WA had one. I emailed the owner to inquire about the availability, because it looked like the last info on his site was from 2014. When he responded, he said "I should have it" to which I asked him to please confirm before I sent funds. He sent me an email telling me he doesn’t even have access to the items he sells. He then sent me a terse response, but I decided to go ahead and send funds. He then send me another terse email and did a PayPal refund of my money. So now not only do I not get the lens cap, I also HAVE TO PAY for this transaction. I would warn other who are considering doing business with this company – not to.
