Received via mail, a letter stating I am to be served with a lawsuit and could lose my home. They offer a case number. They suggest I could get a new loan for 50% of the value of my home and get 50% cash or stay in my home for up to 3 years or longer by filing a PRO-SE answer. It has to be filed in 30 days. The letter contains about 5 pages and even has a county assessor plat info.
