I was promised free samples of Eye Serum and Skin Cream for just postage and handling. After I received the product I was billed in full. In addition to this I am advised that I now have a subscription and will be billed every month.

I have only received the samples and do not wish to continue receiving anything from this company. This is a scam.

They rope you in with a free trial (just pay shipping) and then if you don’t cancel within 14 days they charge you $93 a month and send you a 1 oz bottle each month. I should have read the fine print, duh. But when I called to ask if I could return they give the run around and only offered a 30% refund. Finally I agreed to a 45% refund. Again, I should have read the fine print. The agreement says you can get a refund (with a $19.99 restocking fee). When I called back they said sorry you agreed to the 45% refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said "she’s just going to say the same thing." I pushed back and finally she got her supervisor. I explained the whole thing and she also said I agreed to the 45% refund so I can’t give you the refund. We went back and forth for a while and she finally agreed to the refund. This took 2 phone calls and 3 people. I was so frustrated and wanted to win so I got to the end but I can imagine that a lot of people just accept that they are going to get screwed. Again, I should have read the fine print and I know better than this but this company relies on misleading customers and making it difficult to deal with in order to make their money. [censored].
