This item is overseas, the official Jeulia has stated they will not cover protection of merchandise thats from overseas. I have contacted Jeulia by email and they claim they sent an item I never received and the other they said I had to pay for restocking fee. Disputed it from my PayPal and they have attempted again to take the money for rings I didn’t recieve.

This company claims to be in California but does not after having an investigator look for them there. They are actually in China and ripping off American consumers with very low prices on jewelry. They do not honor a cancellation as they do not respond to email and when finally get in contact they claim to not have gotten your cancellation and will now charge you 30% to get your money back. Their cancellation policy is not clear before ordering. They are trying to get me to cancel my PayPal dispute now. Please beware you will have to wait long for your jewelry if you ask for a refund they will try to claim it is being ship to keep you from filing a report.
