i met this person on offer, a buy and sell app i use frequent. We arraged for a public place to meet up to see/buy the ticket for 300$ and she was 30 min late, and sold me a fake ticket. When i responded to her 20 min after purchace asking for my money back and that it was a fake ticket she opened all my messages and did not respond for an hour. She refuses to give the money back.
