Type of a scam Online Purchase

On Oct 12, 2016 I placed an order online (order # 7070) thru www.cellularrepairparts.com for a replacement Rear Glass for my Iphone 4S. After a couple weeks of the item not arriving I attempted to contact the company by responding to their order confirmation email. I received a response from a person called Fernando Ariza stating "Were sorry we don’t know what happen to your pkg it was send out on the 13th. Will have to send you out another." I responded to this email stating I would like the tracking number or my money reimbursed I also condemned this individual for his lack of professionalism and threaten to report them to the BBB. I received no follow up response, I attempted to reach the company by phone at 908-258-3043 however only a voice messaging system was received I left my contact information and also stated the purpose for the call, no one ever contacted me. I also logged into www.cellularrepairparts.com and clicked on the contact link and submitted my name & contact information, no one contacted me. After numerous attempts to correspond with this merchant it appears this company is fraudulent. I am submitting this scam tracker to prevent future consumers from becoming victims of this fraudulent website.
