They left me a message that my power was going to be shut off within the hour if I didn’t call back. I called back and spoke with someone that was speaking in very low tones and difficult to understand. After making him repeat himself many times, he told me that my account has been in delinquency for 4 months, regardless of the fact that I knew it could not have been. He told me I owed over $400 and when I told him that it was an impossibility, he hung up on me. I tried calling the number to confront whomever I could and an automated voice said, after the original welcome prompt, “call rejected,” and the call was disconnected.
