Type of a scam Debt Collections
Received a weird phone call from 1-346-347-7102 stating there was a complaint made against me & I had 2 hours to call 1-844-841-5461 before legal action was taken. I called the number & they said I had a credit card for Newport News back in 1999 & they want to collect. The amount started at $2400. Then they said they would settle for as low as $340. I told them I was calling my attorney & they could speak to him. They did have the last 4 of my social & old addresses I have lived at.
